Simon. The 1960s. What more could I ask for? I was delighted to be
able to costume Barefoot in the Park. It's not a tough show to costume,
only a small cast, some of whom need only one costume, but I with my mom
as director, I really wanted to carry through her vision of the 1960s,
after all, she remembers them fondly. The beautiful black and white
cocktail dress was pulled from mom's closet, as was the purple jacket
and all the white American Tourister luggage. I also had the great
luck to serve as production stage manager for the show and we had such a
great time.
