                Uncommon Gatherings is the mother – daughter consulting team of Elizabeth Michaelson & Peggy Lushine.
        Together, Elizabeth and Peggy have over 30 years of event management experience.

               Elizabeth, Chief Executive Officer, is a past board member of the Minnesota Festivals and Events Association (MFEA).
She holds a Certificate in Festival and Event Management (CFM) through the Tourism Center at the University of Minnesota in cooperation with MFEA. She serves as Producer for Eden Prairie Players community theatre and as the Executive Director of the Minnesota Scottish Fair & Highland Games.

                Peggy, Chief Creative Officer, is a 2001 Magna Cum Laude honors graduate of Minnesota State, Mankato with a degree in Humanities and minors in Theatre and Dance.  Peggy is a full-time group sales rep for Chanhassen Dinner Theatres and also has a passion for Renaissance & theatrical costuming.
