                Uncommon Gatherings is the mother – daughter consulting team of Elizabeth Michaelson & Peggy Lushine.
        Together, Elizabeth and Peggy have over 25 years of event management experience.

               Elizabeth, Chief Executive Officer, is a board member of the Minnesota Festivals and Events Association (MFEA).
She is currently pursuing  her Certificate in Festival and Event Management (CFM) through the Tourism Center at the
University of Minnesota in cooperation with MFEA.

                Peggy, Chief Creative Officer, is a 2001 Magna Cum Laude honors graduate of Minnesota State, Mankato with
